Memorial day wknd

So our family of five went to visit family PACKED into our little four door car!

Let me just say there was no room to move once we got in.

We stayed at the Saunders Bed & Breakfast since it caters so well to our kids, all we have to do in the morning is open the door and release them to the kiddie care staff.

On Friday Poppie and Grandma watched all the little people so we could run errands.

Mathias was so excited to go outside he didn't even care that it was raining!

If your tired just get Poppie to push you in the swing, but beware you might fall asleep.

So many activities to do at Saunder's B&B, the kids were definitely entertained!

Gracie fit perfectly in the play stroller and was well entertained being pushed around the house by the kids.

Hunter became a house for the hamster.

If your boots get stuck in the mud just go on without them!

We even got a rousing game of Rock Band in.

While Maria took out Jerm.

Our cook we made her work hard for us.

Sunday we had breakfast with Grandma Buttons and Poppie and let the kids feed the animals.

Mathias got to have his first Slumber party that night at Grandma and poppies with all the kids.

A big reason for our trip was to pick up our "New Big Black Car" as Mathias has dubbed it.

Yes I have finally Graduated to a mini van and love it. Thanks to Heidi and Doug for helping us find and purchase it, and Thanks to Maria for letting us stay with her.

Easter

So Easter came to our house with lots to do.

We dyed eggs for the first time at our house this year.

Mathias loved the yellow.

Annie after watching daddy decided that her hand would work to put the egg in she just didnt let go of the egg.

The result was a blue hand.

The easter bunny brought Annie dress up shoes...

and Mathias a new dragon.

Then they started hunting for easter eggs... Mathias kept trying to carry them all to his basket till he finally just took the basket with him.

Annie kept squealing "Eggs".

For dinner we went to Pat & Randys, after which we went for a walk.

The little people were having a blast throwing rocks into the puddles.

So Andrew and I have a tradition of taking a picture of our newest baby in a basket at easter.

After lots of looking to find a basket we were grateful that my cousin had one we could borrow.
