Turning 4

So Mathias turned 4 on Wednesday and I was remembering how cute he was the day he was born .

Here he is in all his 8lbs. 13oz.

Grandma arrived in time to help him make cup cakes for his bday. Of course he mostly just ate the batter.

and of course what would it be without some lightning McQueen in there since he has been telling me for months that's what kind of birthday he wanted.

He also asked for something for his bday for the first time he wanted a Buzz.

At Christmas he got his first puzzle and we learned that he really enjoyed them so whats better than some more!!

He also as noted before finally decided that the toilet was a great thing to use, and is also getting up in the middle of the night to go.

Last night on his own he gave up his Pacifier!

He also has an imagination that amazes me with being a super hero with a cape to being a monster to hunting on safari through the house with his dad.

He definitely never ceases to amaze me when he decides to do something on his own.
