So Mothers day weekend we put in my garden!
I cant tell you how excited i am to have fresh vegetables.
Mathias was my Big Helper!
Andrew got my a Wok for mothers day! Yes I was excited to get it and use it!
The joke is that we used to get my mom kitchen stuff for every present (birthday, Christmas, & Mothers day) until she finally told us to never get her kitchen stuff again (She hates to cook). Ahhh the memories.
So Yesterday for FHE I decided we needed chore charts for the kids after a few hrs these are what I found free. Only one problem we took the kids to pick there stickers out and the charts are a little small. They also didn't have everything I wanted on it. So today this is what I did.
I found some clip art and made my own!! Mathias seems to be understanding that he gets a sticker each time he does a job so this morning he made his bed all by himself (very nice job I might add) and asked what else he could do! Hopefully this helps him get dressed without the fight in the morning! Annie hasn't put the two together yet but we will keep working with her. So I hope that I can report more on this one at another date.

What big kids! THat is so funny that the stickers were way to big...it helps to fill them up faster I suppose. :)
I'm all about the sticker charts. We don't officially do CHORE charts, yet, but I make them charts with spaces for them to put a sticker in when they earn it. For chores. AND for going to bed well and STAYING in bed all night. Works pretty well. The all-powerful sticker! and resulting prize, of course ;)
I really like the ones you made, though. The clip art makes it nice and easy for the kiddos to know what to do. I'll hafta keep that in mind for when we do start official chore ones.
